If I may: the cardinal shown is GIOVANNI BATTISTA, not MARIO, Nasalli Rocca di Corneliano. He was archbishop of Bologna from 1921 to 1952 and was created cardinal in 1923. He was also Mario's uncle.
Mario, on the other hand was a major Vatican official from 1931 to 1969 and, with Federico Callori di Vignale, was an assistant to Popes Pius XII, John XXIII and Paul VI. He was made cardinal deacon in 1969 and cardinal priest in 1979 and continued with further assignments until his death in 1988.
